Two days ago Mark suggested I do some yoga to release tension in my muscles. I looked into how much it was at the YMCA and moved on quickly to thinking I'd go buy a dvd at walmart and then suddenly thought, "Helloooo! Pinterest!" I was almost sure I had pinned some kind of yoga something or other so I went looking yesterday. When I got home from work I found this video, which just links up to youtube. It was only 14 minutes long so I figured I can do that.
On almost a daily basis I end my work day with neck and shoulder pain and tension and often add a headache to that as well. This video has a couple stretches for that exact problem. The guy is seriously granola and probably from California (holla!) given the no shirt, no shoes, long hair look, BUT he shows some great stretches and it seriously has helped me feel better in my neck and shoulders. Not perfect, but better.
